Engineering Reliability Into Every Rotation
We are a specialist condition monitoring and predictive maintenance engineering firm — helping industrial plants eliminate unplanned shutdowns and extend the life of critical rotating equipment.
Our Story
Built on the Plant Floor, Not in a Boardroom
Vibration Checks was founded by engineers who spent years working inside power plants, refineries, and petrochemical facilities — witnessing firsthand the cost of reactive maintenance. Catastrophic failures, emergency shutdowns, and lost production days that could have been prevented with the right data and the right expertise.
We built Vibration Checks to bridge the gap between advanced diagnostic technology and practical, on-site engineering support. Every service we offer is grounded in real-world field experience — not just textbook theory. Our engineers have balanced turbines at 3 AM, diagnosed bearing faults before they became failures, and delivered reports that changed maintenance strategies across entire facilities. Today, we deploy internationally — serving clients in Dubai (UAE), across India, and throughout Sub-Saharan Africa including South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Tanzania.
Our Mission
Zero Unplanned Failures
Our mission is straightforward: help industrial facilities achieve zero unplanned equipment failures through precision diagnostics, proactive monitoring, and actionable engineering insight. We believe that every machine failure is preventable — and that the right data, interpreted by experienced engineers, is the most powerful maintenance tool available.
Engineering Integrity
We report what the data shows — not what is convenient. Our findings are objective, evidence-based, and delivered without compromise.
Field-First Expertise
Our engineers are plant-floor practitioners. Every recommendation we make is grounded in real operating conditions and practical constraints.
Precision Over Speed
We take the time to do the analysis correctly. A rushed diagnosis is worse than no diagnosis — we never cut corners on accuracy.
Client Partnership
We work as an extension of your maintenance team — sharing knowledge, building capability, and investing in long-term reliability outcomes.
Why Choose Us
What Sets Vibration Checks Apart
Multi-Technique Diagnostics
We combine vibration analysis, thermography, laser alignment, and balancing — delivering a complete picture of machine health from a single trusted partner.
Power Plant Specialists
Deep expertise in steam turbines, gas turbines, and turbine-generator sets — the most critical and complex rotating machinery in any facility.
ARGUS Data Collector Technology
We deploy the ARGUS 16-channel vibration data collector for simultaneous multi-channel acquisition — eliminating phase errors and delivering higher-accuracy diagnostics.
Detailed Engineering Reports
Every engagement delivers a comprehensive written report with fault descriptions, severity ratings, root cause analysis, and prioritized maintenance recommendations.
Emergency Response
24/7 availability for emergency vibration investigations and field balancing — because machine problems don't follow business hours.
No Dismantling Required
Most of our services are performed on running machinery — no costly disassembly, no extended downtime, no production disruption.
